This one definitely better in color! Great photo!
Toss up. With the colored one I tend to first look at the mountains. In black/white I look at the foreground. Both are beautiful.
On second look, I love the colored one because of the dark clouds showing up, completing the beautiful photo.
While I see strengths in the b/w shot, the color one has an emotional power that encloses me with its nuanced colors. To my eye, the b/w is a study; the color is alive. Wonderful to see the comparison and how different my automatic response is to each. Thank you, Allan.
