I struggled for a while with the cropping on this image. The big question was whether to leave in the red trim on top. In the end, I decided it made a nice contrast to the greens. But I’m still not sure. Here’s the version without.

Allan, I liked the two photos without the red trim. Having said that, I must also add that the trim does not bother me as much as that little sliver of plants above it.
Hmm- nor am I, but I think I would have cropped it.
I prefer the version with the red trim and then the b and w. I would have removed the little line of plants, though. Cheers.
