The Northwest Maritime Center in Port Townsend is a great resource for anyone interested in wooden boats, rowing, or other such non-motorized vessels. They have rentals available and classes in sailing. Both of these require everyone to wear lifejackets. These were out in the fresh air, getting well dried.
Remember to always wear a certified personal flotation device (PFD) anytime you are on the water.
