In the top image, I like the times when there is cloud cover and you can still see the Olympics. This is not the usual where the mountains are hidden by the clouds (as in the image below).

Haller Fountain and the Ferry Terminal
Both of these were taken on Kodak Tri-X film, but with different cameras. The top one with a Leica M-3 and the bottom with a Holga plastic camera. The Leica is an older camera, but very well made and with an exquite lens. The Holga is a ‘modern’ camera … but cheap, made of plastic with a plastic lens. There are noticeable image quality differences, but both are interesting images. The “lesson” is that it isn’t the camera that makes an interesting photo.
