This is a design that I have worked on over the years. I have done linoleum cuts of it and this is a ink version. I also used just the head design on my canoe… which I then called “the dragon boat”.

This image was used for my St David’s Day card design in 2004 and was used for O’Blarney’s St Patrick’s Day T-Shirt (with the lettering modified appropriately).
This is modified from an illustration from the Book of Kells.
