
I’m not sure what good a fence does if it just ends instead of connecting to another section of fence or a building, but this one does.

I don’t know what kind of reeds these are (hard to tell from the photo) but they sure made an interesting pattern floating on the small pond near the ‘entrance’ to Sol Duc Park. Sol Duc Park is about 7 miles up the Sol Duc Trail, most of the way to Heart Lake and part of the very popular High Divide Loop in the Olympic National Park.

These are images I took a while ago … but didn’t attract my attention at the time. Now, I like them better. No doubt you have images in your archive or buried deep in your files that would be the same for you. Remember to review your past images for hidden treasure.
It occurred to me that the opposite may be true also: if I reviewed my blog posts carefully, I might shudder at an image that I posted, now seeing it as flawed beyond redemption. Good thing I don’t review my posts, huh? (but maybe I should)
