I was up at Hurricane Ridge in Olympic National Park recently and was very surprised at the thin snowpack. But it has been an unusually dry November in Washington State… the driest since 1976.
The bright patch of ice directly above the trees is the top of Mt Olympus behind the Bailey Range.
